  Be VERY careful about making sure that if you are there for preventative services, that are fully covered by insurance, that they know to stick with that. Make a second appointment if you need diagnostic services, or something explored further than what is included as part of a preventative appointment. They will make every effort to bill you as diagnostic because that is where they make their money. I found the staff to be unprofessional on several occasions, and although I had made two separate appointments with the physician I had spent a great deal of time researching, I never once even met that doctor (Chapman). I thought about writing her a letter, but didn't think it would ever make it past the front desk. Because I felt that I was billed incorrectly, I was making very small payment amounts on my bill. They turned it over to collections and the company that bought my debt promptly sued me, rather than making any attempt to collect. From start to finish, I was extremely disappointed and never felt welcomed or that anyone there was anything less than thrilled that there was a new patient to see and process.
