- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a State Farm customer for the last 35 years. I saw many agents come and go. I have to say that all the State Farm agents I've dealt with were very good. However, the very best agent I've dealt with has been Jeff Gotch. You couldn't ask for a more enthusiastic, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and detail oriented agent. When you call Jeff with an insurance question, he takes the time to make sure you understand the answer. He never says "I'll call you back with the answer" or "I'll research that and get back to you" because he always knows the answer. His answers to my questions have always been thorough and accurate.
